Point of View

      The Member of the Wedding is told in third person.  The narrator always observes Frankie's actions objectively being careful to never pinpoint on her actual behavior.  The narrator also comments lightly on other characters behavior.  The narration is always very careful; McCullers doesn't reveal too much information, leaving some of the thinking up to the reader themselves, causing the third person limited narration.
